In Person Circuit Training

Service Description
A 45 minute in-person, outdoor circuit class that will both challenge you and provide the extra motivation that a group class offers. Workouts will include a combination of movement types from strength, to cardio, calesthenics, and endurance. We’ll use TRX, BOSUs, bumbeels, kettlebells, battle ropes, equalizer bars, and some days the hill for sprints. Every exercise will have modified options. Check the calendar for weekly classes.
